We were very pleased with our stay at this place. Its location is perfect, situated right in front of a metro station. The connection to the main metro line is good, allowing for easy access to the city centre in about 30 minutes. Although the area is a residential one with few restaurants and shops around, the hotel offers great amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The service here is excellent, with helpful and friendly staff always available to offer assistance. We especially liked the welcome drink and happy hour.

The hotel was reasonably large with a good location near to Laurentina the modern business part of Rome, the EUR PALASPORT and the restaurant. Had a REALLY NICE stay during a business trip & will come back.

Dear all, Just want to share my experience of staying in the hotel. I arrived (after prepaying via Booked.net) with my pregnant wife. She unfortunately didn't have her passport with her. A very unpolite manager (as he introduced himself) Lino explained that a mail with a scan copy of her passport would be OK. I arranged that (and explained to Lino, that he'll get the mail with a scan within half a hour) and asked him a key of the room. He gave me the key (because I had a passport with me) BUT HE DIDN'T LET MY PREGNANT WIFE TO COME INTO THE ROOM IN FRONT OF MANY PEOPLE AT THE RECEPTION!!! She was very tired and started to cry. Kind Lino only let us in after 25 minutes after he's got the mail....My advise to the management - keep Lino away from customers. otherwise you'll loose them all!!!

Pleasant brand-new place with a marvelous and incredible location
Just off the metro line for easy access. New building and rooms with 1 full bed available. My Rewrite: The Hotel American Palace Eur in Rome is a delightful new hotel with an amazing location that's just steps away from the metro line. the modern building offers rooms with comfortable full-sized beds, providing a great stay for guests.

The person who selects the staff should be given a medal, they are all extremely helpful especially the hard worked catering staff, they also have a waiter with the most welcoming smile ever seen. A happy crowd who create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The air conditioning system arrived on Noah's Ark and unfortunately I think that was the last time it was cleaned.

I liked the location very much. It is very close to a metro station and easy to go to the city. Room is not huge, but clean. Minibar and airconditioning is working well. Bathroom is very convenient, well equipped and clean.
Breakfast is poor. Restaurant is poor, so there is nothing to do in the hotel itself apart from sleeping in the room.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, who wants to spend his/her holiday in Rome. The location is of the hotel is fine, 50 m from the metro. The journey takes about 20 minutes to the Colosseo for example.

Friendly staff who were genuinely helpful, which made our stay super pleasant. Our triple room was nicely decorated and had one big comfy bed. They even offered wake-up service! 👍

Nice location, clean room, and helpful staff.
Breakfast selection is not the best, especially during the weekend. They at least had scrambled eggs (along with boiled eggs) on Friday morning, my first morning there. But by the next morning, they replaced the scrambled eggs with a pile of plates instead.

Staff talks good English, it might be obvious in some countries, but not in Italy! The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious even though it does not have much variety, but it is more than enough. The hotel worths every penny I paid for. Also, the hotel is so close to a Metro station, which is a great advantage, however, there is not much to see at the hotel area itself. If you have 4-7 days to see Rome, go ahead and book in this hotel, you won't regret.
The hotel does not have enough facilities for people who want to stay all day at the hotel. But it is good enough for those who want to see the city, and get rest at the end of the say at there hotel room.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
